Guest guest
Ramana's love for all creation was natural and spontaneous and was not a cultivated quality of mind. A common misconception is that when one attains Self-Knowledge, since there is a total absence of difference in perception, individual love is not possible. Ramana has often pointed out the mistake in this. The jnani is aware of individual differences whether on is short, fair complexioned, a woman or man and so on. Besides he is fully aware of the shortcomings of persons who come within his ambit. At the same time he is conscious of the underlying essential quality of life as the one Self. His life is therefore not based on give and take. It is only 'human love which requires human meriting'. Expectations and attachments would not be there. His love would be total and unqualified in respect of each and every person. Therefore some devotees used to feel that 'Ramana alone knows what it is to love'. Others would say, 'It is hard to describe the wonder of how Bhagavan loved them and that his grace was showered on them.' "We lived together like a huge family with Bhagavan at the center guiding us and shedding his grace on all." Timeless in Time...
