Om Namo Bhagavate Sri Ramanaya,

 

Dear List Owner,

 

Thank you for the wonderful mail with the beautiful heartcave sutra.

 

I am new to this group. I joined this group on the advise of a friend of mine

who said that this group is devoted to Bhagavan Sri Ramana. I was told that many

sincere sadhaks share there experience in their sadhana, in this group.

 

But, of the eight postings I got, seven are by Mr Jiva Das. Is this group

devoted to Mr Jivadas's postings / sermons. This does not gel with group

objectives listed by you.

 

My first reaction was to quit the group, but my friend advised me not to judge

the group so quickly. I will go through earlier postings by others as advised by

my friend. I dont like reading the type of postings I got today from Mr Jiva

Das. Hope there will be postings by others.

matters concerning spirituality as a part of their sadhana (spiritual effort).

 

3. To inform members regarding important events at Ramanashram and Arunachala

and about Ramana Satsangs held at different places worldwide.

Welcome here on this list.

The first impression one gets from a thing is not always the right

one, so please have some patience. Mostly things silence down by

themselves after a short time. If not we surely have to react in some

way. So let' see.

This is true.

The Group is normally unmoderated. Members should (and usually do) moderate

their own posts. However, occasionally 'things' might appear to go awry.
