Variety in Bhagavan’s Teaching

I thought it was abvious! Certainly it is true, so far as I can tell from

many readings of the TALKS that Bhagavan could raise the lowest superstition

(that he was Skanda) to the highest (that he lived in Arnachala), and then

divert the whole thing to Enquiry. Personally, I've kissed the feet of

Skanda, and made pradkshina like a mother in her eighth month, though I've

never been to India; but what is interesting to me is Atma-vichAra. But if

you wish to drink the blood of Jesus and eat his flesh---that is good

breakfast food, perhaps.

For me the most amazing thing was to study the famous portrait, a picture

with eyes that are windows to the soul. That great portrait was made by

Henri Cartier-Bresson. the editor of Life Magazine, then the most widely

circulated in America.

It is to be noted that Cartier-Bresson, during his stay at Arunachala, saw a

comet or meteor descend at 8:47 p.m.. which was the very moment that the

Sage of the last century took a rest. If you're astrologically inclined,

you might find that the descent was in the Pleiades, an asterism closely

related to Kartikkaiya or Skanda, with whom some related Ramana, my guru.

Anyways, I have had the nectar poured over me, and it is good to

taste!!!!
