Guest guest
Ganapati suggested the mantra auM namau bhagavatai shrI ramanAya. He thought himself, and certainly was, a mantrikAra. Better though is the mantra that Bhagavan recommended: auM ity aitad akSharam idam sarvam, "om" is the sound of all this, "tasy' aupavyakhyAnam" of which this is the explanation, "bhUtaM bhavad bhaviShyad iti sarvam aumkAra aiva" what's been and what's on and what's to come are all just the OM". Sarva hy aitad brahmAyam AtmA brahma, All indeed this is Brahma. [The ayam here might help explain 'herdayam}. Wnough but to add that another useful mantra recommended by Bhagavan was daiham (The body) na'aham (I am not)/ kau'ham (who am I?) sau'ham (I am that) But the fact is that mere devotion will get a glimpse of the guru's face!
