Guest guest
om namo bhagavate sri ramanaya namaste, It is a boon to be a member of this group. We receive Compassion and Clarity, Love and Wisdom with such abandon from them. Tolerance, nay genreous acceptance of other's faults has been the very essence of the mails in this group. We have had our share of debates, arguments, disagreements from time to time. However, the underlying current in all these activities has been Ramana, the guiding principle. This group has been raided, from time to time, by vendors of wares, crusaders of various hues and others. We have weathered all these. We will do so this time too. Thank you Sri Vicki, for your devotion and generosity, for spreading the Love of Ramana. Thank you Sri Gabriele, Richard, Alan, Alton and all the members for expanding our awareness of Ramana. Thank you Sri Rob, for your understanding and compassion. Thank you Sri Arunan for your patience and understanding. Thank you Sri Miles, for your guidance and for spreading the fragrance of Ramana in this world. It is a blessing, to have come to know you all and to be in your company. om gurave namah suri =================================== Rob Sacks <editor wrote: > Dear Jiva, ..... --- Miles Wright <ramana.bhakta wrote: 'Shine as my Guru, making me free from faults and worthy of Thy Grace, Oh Arunachala!' Guest guest
Dear Sri Suri, And thank you, dear Sri Suri, for your wisdom and maturity, and for providing such a splendid example of devotion for us all. > It is a boon to be a member of this group. You put this sentence at the beginning of your letter, in the most prominent place, and I think it deserves to be there, because this is a terribly important thing for us to remember. All kinds of people are drawn here by this boon. All kinds of people, even people who are in terrible pain, are drawn by Bhagavan. Why wouldn't they be? Compassion is sweetest when it is tested. It's easy to love loveable people. Compassion is needed to love difficult people.
