Guest guest
Dear Alton, One thing I like to remember is what Ramana said to a devotee, sad at the impending death of the body, "Where can I go? I am here." What more presence do we need? He said that Guru and Self were one and the same. To be in Ramana's presence we have but to look within, and inquire into the Self. "where can I go? I am here." For those of you in the USA, happy Thanksgiving tomorrow. May the joy in your Heart shine as love for those you are with, and thinking of on this day of celebration and thanks. And let us be expecially thankful for the grace that has come to us through our knowledge and love of Bhagavan Sri Ramana Maharshi. Are you lacking in devotion, sadhana or faith in Ramana's omnipotence and grace?" Referring to our family she would say we are a "bunch of his slaves" {kottu adimai}. Time and again she would assert that no post- nirvana devoted need feel that he is inferior or any the less a recipient of Ramana's grace because he was claimed by Ramana after April 14, 1950 > > >
