Great concepts or what ever you call surrendering to what is.

I was just thinking about you. Now will tell you a few things.Firstly, you can

tell if the debates on the group are becoming heated bywhether or not personal

attacks are appearing. On my part and I believe onMiles' part there was

absolutely no heat.The interesting thing is I am going to give up progress and

use Miles' poststo try to write one on my demented ditties. LOLAs far as my

meditation is going, I noticed that is it incredibly morerelaxed without my

usual body/mind intensity exhausting efforts.That does not mean that anything

is going to happen; but now I really don'tcare that much for anything to

happen. I do get peace meditating when mybody in not hurting. It's like I

decided that I was just knocking my head against the SELF and that may have

prevented any Realization. If nothing ever happens, so what.After all these

years of trying to stop my mind, I have decided to sort ofsurrender and just do

it because I want to do it, without caring forresults.Also, after experiencing

unsolicited thoughts for a lifetime, I now see themmostly as the Buddhist say,

empty phenomena. Once in a while a scary oneappears that is violent, but since

I never act them out they don't have anypower over me.Since I wrote this to

you, I have been reading Tony Parson's home page and I have to say that I have

never been so impressed or got go high even reading my two favorite teachers;

Ramana and Nisargadatta. What Tony is presenting seems to resonate with where I

am at now. We seem to be offered what we need at that time.
