Now implies that there is a then. You are back in time. Now is this moment...there is no moment. There is only this. It's timeless. It isn't now and it wasn't then. There is an abyss between the two concepts. People who adopt this idea of being in the now, they hear this message and they go and rush around being in the now for at least 3 days and then it all falls apart. There is this lovely cartoon of this girl looking in the mirror and saying, "Well, tomorrow morning I'm going to start being here now again." It is another formula. It falls on its face because it is the mind attempting to capture that which is beyond it.
