realized that our discursive minds have gotten exponentially stronger over the

past 50 plus years and would have changed his teachings; realizing that

practice and teaching must keep up with the times and not be stuck like other

spiritual teachings that wont change when it is indicated. Those who read this

Ramana would have advised you to leave your family as soon as possible to

cloister yourself. Silence is of the utmost importance so no TV, Newspapers,

Radio, reading even spirituals stuff. Communicate with a Microsoft Tablet

computer for necessities. Full time practice is a must.

 

You want to create a BIG EGO like the sages have that kept out VISANAS OR MENTAL

TENDENCIES. When you are able to create a powerful mind you will then have the

BIG EGO and be the SELF.

 

Techniques: There is only a few techniques. One is to place your attention on

the "I AM" sense of conscious presence or the fact that you exist, the

knowledge that you are here and aware. When an unwanted thought appears you

give your self a shock with a cattle prod, that you have next to your

meditation place. The prod must be carried with you at all times so that when

an unwanted thought appears you then press the shock now button.

After a short period of time the mind will learn not to think without

permission. The exception to this rule might be for masochists.

 

That is all there is do with alacrity to gain a BIG EGO.
