Om Namo Bhagavate Sri Ramanaya

Breath controlled

And thought restrained ,

The mind turned

One way inward

Fades and dies .

Swaminathan

By control of Prana,

mind gets merged .

It gets destroyed

by the one thought .

Comment:.....the one thought , by contemplating on the oneness with the soul

......contemplation of

the oneness in the merged mind leads to the destruction of the mind .

Ganapati Muni

When,by the means of restraint of the breath,

The mind has been controlled, then make it flow

Along a single current, that achieved

Its form will then entirely disappear .

Chadwick

When the mind gets absorbed by breath-restraint,then it will 'die',[i.e.its form

will perish]if

fixed to a single point.

Osborne

In the hour of silence that is your own,

through the Yoga of tranquil breath ,

seek the source of the thinker,

and thought,which is the Thinker,

dissolves itself .

Comment:...the unique contribution of his direct path .....

Anantanarayanan

The mind that has gained an absorption by control of breathing is destroyed once

and for all by

contemplating on the One Nondual Self.

Dayananda

The thinking mind can be suspended through control of breath .It can be

annihilated only when

there is total understanding that God's will prevails all the time and the

different forms are

only puppets having no free will of their own.

With this understanding three beautiful things happen;there is no 'one'to feel

guilty or proud,to

get frustrated or to have a sense of enmity.Life becomes simple .
