Dear Devotees

Adam Osborne, PC Pioneer and son of Arthur Osborne, attained the lotus feet

of bhagavan a few days ago in India. I found this news item today:

http://www.smh.com.au/articles/2003/03/25/1048354594984.html

I also found this article about Adam's contribution to the world of

computers

http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.com/~tlosborne/Osborne/Osbornehistory/Adamos\

borne/adamosborne.htm

I was privileged to meet Adam once in Sri Ramanasramam, a humble and

unassuming devotee on a wheelchair.

The news item dated March 25, 2003 in Economic Times, quoting his sister Smt.

Kitty Douglas, reports that Sri Adam died at the age of 64, in his sleep in

Kodaikanal (a hill station in the state of Tamil Nadu) on March 18, after a

decade long battle with organic brain disorder. The news item also mentions

that he was the first to introduce the portable personal computer. Sri Adam

Osborne spent his early years as a kid in the close proximity of Bhagavan. He

had talked and played with Him. He is indeed a blessed one. om gurave namah
