Guest guest
The mind is only a bundle of thoughts. They are dependent on the 'I'-thought. Know the 'I'-thought to be the mind. In Sat-Darshanam Ramana throws clear light on the nature of this 'I'-thought. It is explained to be the link between the body and the consciousness within. It arises from consciousness and is associated with the sense objects through thoughts which link themselves with it. Holding on to this primal 'I'-thought is the fundamental requirement of the method of Ramana. The consciousness aspect of the 'I'-thought too is of significance for it becomes the bridge through which one gets back to the source, consciousness which is complete and limitless. ~~~~~~~~~~ A.R.
