Guest guest
The sparkling of truth devoid of 'I' is the greatest austerity. This is the teaching of Ramana. .... In the last verse of this work also Ramana has given the same meaning to tapas. The awareness of the throbbing of 'I', the goal, is possible only when the 'I'-thought is silent, when the mind is lost in its source. The ego sense, the 'I am the doer' idea, should be dead. This is the essence of Ramana's teaching. One cannot turn to it without recognising that abidance in the natural state as a pure flame of Knowledge alone matters and that self-enquiry is the simplest and straight means for discovering this state. ~~~~~~~~~~~ A.R.
