Swaminathan This is Diving into the Heart first outlined in the Eki Sloka {Ramana Gita Ch II v 2 ]. In the Sat -Darshana Bhashya commentary page 91 a full explanation of the verse is given. A radical method of atma vichara which with breath restraint is well suited to those with strong willed restless minds .It also loosens the granthi knot ultimately severing its hold .
