Alms,penance,sacrifice,one's duty done,

Yoga,devotion,heaven,the changeless state,

Quietude,non-lying,silence,grace,the truth,

The deathless death,renunciation ,bliss,

Wisdom and freedom are no more than this:

Discarding of the body-consciousness.*

and Mahadevan as "severance of the notion that the body is the self."
