--Dear- S. Ganapathi ,my understanding is the 'That' is the Heart or Self or

Consciousness or

essential 'I Amness.You can choose the term which resonates best -they are more

or less

synonymous.So once having accessed the Heart through Self Enquiry one can rest

there as you used
