Therefore the destruction of the latent tendencies of the mind comes about

spontaneously as the

result of earnest endeavour to hold the ego in the heart of perfect purity and

Absolute

Knowledge,together with breath control!

Therefore by the practice of merging the Ego

in the pure Heart which is all Awareness,

the tendencies of the mind

as well as the breath

will be controlled .
