Thank you from the bottom of my heart. This is a very practical and meaningful

guidance fro living day to day life.

I find this easier than the Yoga vasistha passage to follow. Please let me know

if I could read more of the

conversation with Bhagavan in any book like talks with Maharishi etc. Sincerely regards gp
