I have been away on holidays and only now find the time to look at your answer with the needed attention it deserves. So thanks for this! Nothing to add here - my own thoughts started to went a similar path. As you leave it to me to forward your answer on the mailing list - I am doing for the benefit of others. Possibly some others want something to add. Verse 30 of the Suppl of 40 is an interesting verse.
