Various stages of the eclipse are in progress at moonset for observers throughout Asia. In the Western Hemisphere, the ingressing partial phases will already be in progress at moonrise for observers in western Canada and the U. S. In India, the eclipse is visible on Sunday, Nov 9, 2003 in the early morning hours between 5 AM and 8.34 AM IST as per Vakya Panchangam. Note: No eclipse is visible from easternmost Asia, Japan, Indonesia or Australia.
