> Our Sannidhi was established in the year 1877 by H.H. SRI SADAGOPA

> YATHENDRA MAHADESIKAN, the 33rd JEER

>of Ahobila Mutt. The present IDOL of SRI LAKSHMI NARASIMHAN was installed

>by him and the first Samprokshanam was

>conducted in HIS august presence. Subsequently Samprokshanams were

>performed in 1963 and 1986; besides the centenary celebration of the

>temple in 1977. The temple has seperate Sannidhi for SRI CHAKRATALVAR and

>SRI ANJANEYAR.

> The Kainkarya Sabha constituted long ago is conducting the annual

> festivals of SRI NIGAMANTHA MAHADESIKAN and

>SRI LAKSHMI NARASIMHAN in Puratasi and Vaikasi respectively, when

>recitation of Vedam and Prabandam by scholars take place. Thatheeyaradanam

>and Veedhi Purapaddu are regular features.

>Now the Kainkarya Sabha proposes to perform the Samprokshanam in the

>ensuing month of Thai. The date of the

>Samprokshanam will be communicated in the Samprokshanam Pathrikai to be

>mailed to all devotees in due course. Now, the

>main Vimanam of Sri Desikan and those of Sri Chakrathalvar and Anjaneyar
