He is not affected by the defects of the places where is present. After AzhwAr enjoyed the Lord's dhivya mangaLa vigraham,AzhwAr out of extreme affection desired to do service to the Lord at all times and places. The Lord who displayed Himself as being in all the things is then spelt out by AzhwAr. This culminated into worshipping not just HIm but appreciating the srEvaishNavic devotees as well. This led to ecstasy and AzhwAr wanted to enjoy the LOrd with each sensory organs but with different functions. Further, the Lord is the only one who has to be sung in praise and others do not deserve this is emphasised. The Lord -who is in archAvathAram is easily accessible. He removes all our obstacles.Hence, do service unto Him is the prescription by AzhwAr in the third ten.
