These temples are : (1) Dhodda Mallur ApramEya temple: Aravinadavalli SamEtha SrI ApramEyan (2) Sathyagalam Temple of SrI PerumdEvi SamEtha SrI VaradarAjan and Swamy Desikan (3) SrI RanganAyaki SamEtha SrI RanganAthan of Madhya Rangam . The First KshEthram ************************ 1. Dodda Mallur ( ApramEya PerumAL , Aravinda Valli ThAyAr and Crawling/AmbEgal Navaneetha KrishNan ) is the first kshEthram that is covered .Route Maps from Bangalore, Temple timings, Bhattar 's name and telephone numbers are given for this and other temples to help you plan your visits . Saint Purandara Daasar composed His Famous krithi "JagadhOdhAraNa " on the most beautiful crawling Navaneetha chOra Moorthy of this temple. Daasar was overcome by the beauty of this dhivya moorthy and sang this krithi from the Mantapam known now as Purandara Mantapam . This Navaneetha KrishNan is crawling on Garuda Peetam and has a ball of VeNNai in His hand , which stands for Jn~Anam ( Bhagavath Githai ) . He is ready to bless us with that Jn~Anam for our Moksham . AchyuthAshtakam , MadhurAshtakam , KrishNAshtakam , SrI Raama MangaLam , RuNa VimOchana Narasimha SthOthram and NrusimhAshtakam are recited in front of the appropriate sannidhis at this temple . Thus , Five beautiful sthOthrams are devoted to this KshEthram (abhimAna Sthalam). The alankAram in KaranAtaka Temples are a delight to watch . AmbEgal KrishNan with VeNNai alankAram is a beautiful image to enjoy. His whole body is covered with VeNNai . ApramEyar (Uthsavar and Moolavar ) are eye filling . ApramEyan means Immeasurable , unbounded, unlimited and limitless. That Tatthvam , which is beyond speech and mind has taken the form of a dhivya MangaLa vigraham at this temple to be with in the reach of our mind and senses. Saint Purandara Dasa , tha avathAram of Sage Naradhar attempts to sum up the greatness of ApramEyan and crawling KrishNan in his HindusthAni Kapi krithi , "JadadhOdhAraNa aadisithaLiyasOdhA ": Hr addresses the Lord as "apramEyana , agaNitha Mahimana , aNOrOneeyana , MahathOmaheeyana , Parama Purushabnaa, Vara VaasudEvanaa , SuguNAntha Ranganaa ". There is not much to say thereafter; only thing to do is to rush to this KshEthram for the darsanam of the ApramEyan and prepare for that visit with the help of the CD ROM put together by SrI Sridhar. Sathyagalam Temple ***************************** 2. Sathyagalam is where Swamy Desikan spent significant time , while escaping from the assault on SrIrangam by invading armies. PerumAl here is Kote Vararajar and ThAyAr is PerumdEvi . Swamy Desikan gives us His rare Sevai in the standing posture. He has updEsa Mudhrai on one hand and SrI Kosam ( Sacred palm leaf manuscript of SrI BhAshyam on the other hand ). He stands ready to rush back to Srirangam at moment's notice. At this KshEthram was born His "Abheethi Sthavam ". H.H. ParakAla Matam Jeeyar and HH Ranga PriyA Swamy are very much involved with Kaimakryams at this temple (Raaja Gopura NirmANam Kaimkaryam) ; This temple has deep Sambhandham with Swamy Desikan . Pictures of Swamy Desikan's Thirunakshathra Uthsavam attended by HH ParakAla Matam Jeeyar and HH Ranga PriyA Swamy including avabrutha SnAnam in Cauvery river is a rare treat to see. Beautiful pictures of the Jn~AnAsvattha tree ( Sacred Pupil tree under which Swamy Desikan did his daily Japam and the KoormAsanam on which Swamy Desikan sat during His anushtAnam are at the peaceful KshEthram of Satyagalam . At the appropriate Sannidhis , MahA Lakshmi Ashtakam and Hanumath Ashtakam are recited in this section of the CD ROM . 3) SrI RanganAthan of Madhya Rangam ********************************************** This temple is 5.5 KM from Sathyagalam on a beautiful bend of Cauvery river. Here rests SrI RanganAthan on Aadhi Seshan as Madhya Rangan . He is in between Aadhirangan at ChennapattiNam and KasthUri Rangan at SrIrangam. He is surrounded by watery abundance of Kabini reservoir and Sivana Samudhram water falls. The beauty of this Lord is indescribable. Wonderous VeNNai alankAram on SrI Vaikunta EkAdasi day for this immense PerumAl is incredible to watch . His beauty is only matched by SrI RanganAyaki ThAyAr . The majestic Dhvaja Sthambham and tall dheepa Sthabham are unique here . As at SrIrangam , Sudarsana BhagavAn blesses us here . SrI MahA Lakshmi Kavacham , SudarsanAshtakam and SrI RanganAthAshtakam are recited beautifully in this portion of the CD ROM . Please contact me if you wish to acquire this CD ROM for your homes.
