The Fourth Ten

"Esanai Esan pAl enna yEAr koL vAnathum AyEA engiRa vyApthi niRam pERa

thanikkOl seluthum sarva-niyanthA, vozhivil kAlathukkuch chERA pUrva

bOgamngaLai OdhumAl eidhina sAbalathukkuch sEra sama kAlam Akki....."

 

 

Summary:A. It was seen that the Lord Almighty is present everywhere.

Is it a great thing. Even the sky encompasses everything. The great

thing is the Lord is not just omni-present. He is not merely inside

and outside the souls and things. He is the Governing factor of one

and all in the whole scheme of things. The omni-presence sparkles

because of this factor.

 

B. Moreover, AzhwAr desired service to the Almighty at all sates, all

places and all times. The Lord displayed His great deeds in the past

as if it is present period to AzhwAr. AzhwAr's present period and

pAst of the Lord became equated. This enabled AzhwAr to exprience the

great deeds, pranks and other activites and events of the Lord .

The term Esan referring the the Lord Being the

Governing and Controlling Factor.

 

" yEAr koL YEAzh vulagamum thunni muRRum Agi ninRA" --> thiru voi mozhi 4-3-8--->}

" vAnathum, vAnathuL vumbarum" ------->thiru voi mozhi

4-5-9--> } II.The Omni-presence of

the Lord spelt

"AyE ivv vulagathu niRpanavum, thirivanavum"--> thiru voi mozhi

"vERRirundhu yEAzh vulagum thanikkOl sella" ---> thiru voi mozhi

4-5-5-----------> III. The Lord's reign over all the worlds under His

 

realm is expressed with mirth by AzhwAr in this thiru voi mozhi. Thus,

the fact that just not omni-presence but the Governing factor, the

fact just not being in the inner and extrior of one and all but being

their controlling entity is underlined.---> sarva-niyanthA.

 

B. "bAlanAi yEAzhulaguNdu parivinRi"---> thiru voi mozhi 4-2----->

The Lord Almighty grants AzhwAr the vision to enable AzhwAr to see

the deeds and events of the pAst. These events include the mystic of

swallowing the whole world, the vanquish of lankA, kuravai kOppu etc.

in this thiru voi mozhi.
