"mEavip parambum avarOdokkath thozhil yuga dhOsham illai yAm enRu vishNu bhakthi pararAkki kaNNukkiniyana kAttalAmpadiyar AnAr kaNNilEa nOkkik kANum bhakthisidhAnjanathai idugiRAr anjAm pathil" Summary: brahma, rudhra, indhirargaL surrendered to Lord krishNA. They spread over the worlds like Lord Almighty, by approaching Him and escaped from the clutches of kali yugam. Similarly, 'approach Lord krishNA' and become srEvaishNavites' is the counsel by swAmi nam-AzhwAr. Even the souls who fall within the class of "asurA" clans get reformed and become srE vishNu's devotees. AzhwAr is very happy to see the vision of devotees of the Lord. He exclaims "kaNNukkiniyana kaNdOam" Even before rest of the souls get reformed, AzhwAr had this divine vision of srEvaishNavic devotees and called upon all such souls. The end is so sweet that even the formal way of waiting for Him to be led to Him by Him is violated. This mindset of AzhwAr, can be realised only by viewing from AzhwAr's mind. This confidence of transgression of means is largely influenced by the nature of the goal. This knowledge/ bhakthi is imparted by AzhwAr in this fifth ten by divine advice. pAsuram-s: The other deities like brahma, rudhra and indhira had approached Lord krishNA and spread their wings around the world like the Lord. "nakka pirAnum, ayanum, indhiranum mudhalAga thokka amarar kuzhAngaL engum parandhana thondEr"--thiru voi mozhi 5-2-10. Thus devotees pervaded all the place. How? "mEavik kaNNan thiru mUrhty"-- thiru voi mozhi 5-2-10 They approached and surrendered to the Lord krishNA. This is a great sight. A sweet and divine vision. What a sight seeing srEvaishNavites everywhere "kaNdOam ! kaNdOAm ! kaNdoAm" The end to be attained is so sweet and immeasurable. Hence, the means -the formal waiting attitutde for Him - is withered off considering this yearning for Him.The extreme bhakthi/devotion results in this. Though, the soul is convinced that the final salvation will not escape, the soul is restless and yearns for the Lord when thinking of the sweet end. This is what is mentioned when AzhwAr calls for vieweing with his mind " en nenjinAl nOkkik kANEr"--- > thiru voi mozhi 5-5-2; -see with my mind to understand my feelings. This extreme devotion resulting in the taste for end overtaking the means is thus counselled by swAmi nam-AzhwAr in the fifth ten. anjAm pathu.
