The Almighty is :

The Lord who posseses the aformentioned power -shakthi -thus has the

permanent company of consorts, the nithya sUrigaL, all the worlds,

things generating happiness, etc. - which is termed as -'sathya

kAman'.This is the quality emphaised in this ten.

AzhwAr who just in the final phase of the seventh ten - submitted

thiru voi mohzi at the divine feet of the Lord of thiru vARan viLai-

for having been made the fortunate soul through whom the thiru voi

mohzi was brought out by the Almighty, became agitated and afraid.

This fear psychosis which overtook this happiness mentioned at

thiru-vARan viLai- was removed by the Lord Himself.

The doubts and the fear thus was allayed by the Lord Himself.
