(75) Concentrating the mind on the red lotus eyed Lord Sriman Narayanan; detaching from the external objects, pleasures; for very many births, performing the karma yOga selflessly without the desire on fruit; listening, thinking, reading or studying His every one of kalyANa guNAs; and contemplating and enjoying them in the minds; [if we do that], the nithya karmAs- when performed help in purifying the mind slowly and steadily; and every day with more focus and concentrated mind, performing meditation or dhyAnam; thus becoming the persons of worshippable nature even by Devas and other demi gods; [unlike them - who are devoted to the Lord for lower fruits and materialistic fruits]; all these are performed uninterruptedly with a only focus and objective of pleasure for our Master Sriman Narayanan; and it is due to His parama krupai [unlimited and unbounded grace] and blessing us who are not capable of doing the above otherwise at all. Such Greatest red lotus eyed Lord [who blesses us]- who can see Him [in any other way? None.. Oh people! For other fruits, you all think you can pray to other demi gods and when seeing them, you can ask for boons and can thereafter thus see thereby enjoy the Supreme Lord Sriman Narayanan. Seeing Him- oh fools- it is not that simple... Firmly, one has to be selfless, [without attaching yourself to the fruit] - nishkAma karma yOga needs to be performed; which will culminate slowly into jnAna yoga [of visualizing your jeevathma and have jeevathma saathshaatkaaram] – which will qualify you little by little to do dhyAnam on His Lotus feet to perform bhakti yoga - which should be done uninterruptedly and then only one can attempt to or even hope to see Him.. For getting to know these, one has to first approach the sadAchAryan (who is in the lineage of Sriman Narayanan [peethakavaadai piraanaar biramaguruvaagi vandhu]- The PeethAmbahara dhAri came as the First AchArya and taught Sri Mahalskahmi - and then she passed on to Sri Vishvaksenar.. and NammAzhwr- thus comes Acharya paramapara] If one gets saasthra jnAnam from sadAcharya, continues to perform anushtAnam in accordance with saasthrAs and perform what is instructed by acharya; Why should one go to idhara devathAs? Even if one wants to become Devas, can one go and ask for same Devas? By being devoted to Sriman Narayan, those Devas themselves will look upon you and have high regards to you- says AzhwAr. He is unparalleled Sriman Narayanan. senkaN maal- red lotus eyed- full of dayA, compassion on us- and He is not interested in what You offer; he is interested in your heart- which is for his pleasure alone; and He is ever ready for protecting such devotees. Hence, you do not have to go and ask others for the same. He is ParamOdhAran- most merciful One- who is every ready to offer the unlimited kaimkarya prApathi at Srivaikuntam at His lotus feet and He also is ready to be in place of bhakti yOgam and is willing to grant us moksham- seeing our utter helplessness (Akinchanyam) and our jnAnam that He alone is the only one whom we can go to for saving us (ananyagathithvam). deva devaraay- umbar umbar umbar aay anRi- even if it is Sivan, or above him- Chathu mukha brahmA; Sanaka sages; or those who are in Vishnu loka- they are all in their respective positions due to their poorva janma phalam- due to their karma (good ones) and they need to continue to perform upAya anushtAnam (of either bhakti yoga with such austerity measures -as listed above-; or the prapatti- Saranagati- with complete utter helplessness due to lack of qualifications- Akinchanyam; and having no other refuge other than Him- Sriya: Pathi Sriman Narayanan- ananya gatitvam] Thirumazhisai Piraan ThiruvaDigaLE SaraNam Regards Namo narayana dAsan Friends.
