FORGOT TO EAT

 

We were talking about thinking or not forgetting the Lord.

 

What about other entities. Do they also think of the Lord?

 

Yes. They do think of the Lord. When they have the immense pleasure of

enjoying and experiencing Lord krishNA's

flute-recital, they forget their routine of grazing the grass. The

grass which they have just put in their mouth is hanging out of their

mouths still. They forget their food and are completely absorbed in

emperumAn-s diVine music.

forget to swallow the grass which

they had just taken in the mouth, on hearing the divine music from the

sweet mouth of the Lord Almighty.

This same thing happens to the devA clan also. Their regular intake is

the "havis'" . They even forget this and rush to 'Ayar pAdi' to hear

the sweet music of the Lord and this is the food intake through their

ears.

seviuNAvin suvai koNdu magizhndu.." 3-6-7;

 

Thus it is seen srevaishNavites forget worldly things and forget to forget the Lord Almighty.
