2. Having ascertained with confidence that the final stage has

arrived for his departure to the ultiate abode, AzhwAr again

turns his eyes towards the fellow souls. First, he prescribes the

do-s and don-ts to his mind.

 

He lists out the things that is to be done by srEvaishNavites.

 

In the first ten -mudhal pathu - third thiru-voi-mozhi- AzhwAr

commences -"piNakku ARa aRuvagaich-samayamum"- bhakthi yOgam. This is

completed in the thiru-voi-mozhi "sArvEa thava neRi" in the tenth ten.

 

How to reach the Lord in a simple way is elucidated.

 

Those who experience the auspicous qualities of the Lord Almighty are

also shown the Lord's "sEla" guNam- the qulaity of mixing with others

freely- by AzhwAr.

 

The Lord who became so emotionally involved with AzhwAr wanted AzhwAr

with AzhwAr's physique-thiru-mEani. However, AzhwAr pointed out the

defects in this body to the Lord.
