Guest guest
AchArya Hrdhayam pathAm pathu sUthram 228-15 Lord's thoughts on the conversation with AzhwAr After having engaged in the conversation with the AzhwAr and having given him certain justifications, the Almighty realised that AzhwAr cannot be convinced with empty justifications. "jEvap prakruthi chaithanyam nEngum viraha hEadhu; aga mEaniyil azhukku aRrukkai abimAnikruthyam; thAn nalgum bandham nirubAdhigam; sauhArtham engnAnRum niRkum;......." jEvap prakruthi chaithanyam viraha hEAdhu: The souls enters some body and takes birth in this world and gets involved further and further in the cycle of briths and deaths. This results in distancing from the Almighty. This is reiterated in thiruvirutham 95 "yAdhAnum paRRi nEngum" The soul attaches with some attractions in this world and distances from the Lord. aga mEaniyil azhukku aRukkai abimAna kruthyam: The task of removing the nexus with this embodiment with the body rests with the Lord. thAn nalgum bandham nirupAdhigam: The realtionship with the Lord is not temporary or artificial but natural and permanent. sriman nArAyaNA creates the soul when they reach the doomed subtle stage and help them. This attribute of the Lord "sauhArtham" is eternal. The thoughts further go on. (to be continued) vanamamalai padmanabhan
