Guest guest
Dear srEvaishNavites, As per Our Dictum: the first pAsuram of sixth thriu-voi-mozhi of the tenth ten agian mentions about 'vidhi'. "aruL peRuvAr adiyAr tham adiyanEARku, AzhiyAn aruL tharuvAn amiaginRAn adu namadhu vidhi vagaiyEA, iruL tharu mA gnAlathuL inip piRavi yAn vEANdEAn, maruL vozhi nE mada nenjEA! vAttARRAn adi vaNangEA" Interpretation 1. Here, the Lord's grace which falls on His devotees automatically permeates to their deovotees. It is their great fortune-bAkyam. This is as per earlier AchAryAs. Interpretation 2. As per emperumAnAr. Till this thiru-voi-mozhi AzhwAr was pursuing the Lord Almighty. Here, the Lord started following nam-AzhwAr. EDU: 'poi ninRa gnAnam thodangi ivvaLavum vara Eswaranai AzhwAr pin thodarndha padi solliRRu; idhu thodangi, AzhwAr sarvEswaran pin thodarumpadi sollugiRAdhu" Here, The Lord is waiting to do everything for AzhwAr. The spirit of the thiru-voi-mozhi thus envisages Him to do whatever AzhwAr directs. That is what is referred as 'adhu namadhu vidhi vagaiyEA" i.e "adhu nAm vidhiccha vagaiyEa- It is as per our direction. Has Lord acted like this? Yes, in parama-padham, when He is with His consorts, sri sEnai mudhaliAr enters with orders of making one as brahmA, this person has to be transferred and so on."It shall be as per your direction" would be the approval from the Almighty. Here, thus vidhi is not fortune or just Grace but our direction or dictum.
