Ahobila mutt during abigamana aaradhana kalam - "caranaM pavitraM vitataM... "

is from Vedhas. If so,it is from which vedam etc.

available?

Dear Sri Srinivasan,

 

This mantra si found in both the Katakam and Taittriya Aranyakam

(Mahanarayana Upanishad) sections of the Krishna Yajur Vedam.

 

Sri U.Ve. NS Ananatharangachar Swami of Bangalore has published

a very enlightening translation, in English, of this mantram and

others of the Mahanarayana Upanishad.
