for US Residents , MaaLya Paksham begins

on Tuesday , Sep 28. MaaLaya (Mahaa+aalaya)

amaavAsyai is on October 13 here . In India , MaaLaya

Paksham starts on Sep 29 .

 

TarpaNam for Vasu , Rudra , Aadhithya svaroopa

Pithrus are to be done every day during this MaaLaya

Paksham ( PurattAsi KrishNa paksham) . Sri T.R.Chari of Canada

has graciously provided the procedures for performing MaaLaya
