SrImathE Gopaladesika mahadesikaya namah:

Dearest Srivaishnavas,

 

Though there are sources to know the Ultimate Truth,

still those who are of asuric nature are not able to

understand the true Supreme Lordship. But even if You

hide your form, the devotees are able to see Your

Supreme Nature and prabhuthvam..

 

ullanghitha thrividha seema samaadhisaayi

sambhaavanam thava paribradhima swabhaavam

maayaavachEna bhavathaapi niguhya maanam

pasyanthi kEchid anisam tvadhananya bhaavaa: [16]

 

Though great devotees- mahaans- placing their minds

and feelings on You alone [and not anywhere else];

understand, and realize the Supreme Nature of Yours

which manifests and transcends the three limits

[kaala, dhEsa, vasthu- time, space and objects or

causation] or equal or even higher than them. All of

these are kept mysterious by Yourself with the

Prakruthi [cosmic matter]. Thus even if You hide them

from the jeevans with their prakruthi sambandham, the

devotees get to understand and realise Your true

nature transecneding these prakruthi sambandham.

 

The three limits are kaalam [time], dhEsam [space] and

vasthu [causation] parichhEdham. Kaalam – Time-

something is at one time but not at other time; some

thing is here ; but not there; Something can be only

this object and not that.

 

All objects in the world fall under these three

categories. These three are sometime equal; sometime

better than others; all of these are housed in You as

You are their Master- Prabhu. You give the baddha

jeevathmas such an impression that You are no way

connected with them with their prakruthi sambandham.

 

Even when You appeared as Human form like Rama,

Krishna, hiding Your Parathvam and acted as human

being, not letting others know of Yourself as Supreme

Lordship, even them the devotees without getting

trapped into the mysterious prakruthi sambandham,

understood Your True Nature. The reason for that is

their mind and heart were always on You.

 

Thee kaala, dhEsam, vasthu measures and limits are not

binding on Him at all; Because He manifests everywhere

and He is the indweller (antharyaami) in everything

and everyone. Thus there is none equal to Him; - says

Yamunacharya here. If there is none equal to Him, why

to mention about superior?

 

Paramathman is unlimited in His qualities or

vibhUthis; Brahman with the Thrividha parichhEdham

[beyond the limitation of vasthu, kaalam and dhEsam]

is possible because the Lord is eternal and all

pervasive. There is absolutely no dubt in admitting

the trividha parichEdham rahithatva.

[swamy Desika says this : atra iyadguNakah ithyaadhi

paksha yEva praaya Slaghyah: - in Nyaya sidhanjanam]

 

Thus the jeevans, the matter are all housed in Him and

He indwells in each one of them. Sriman Narayanan is

the One Supreme Reality, the Ruler and Master.
