Third Samvathsaram Celebration of Samprokshanam

Poundarigapuram Sri Rajagopalaswamy Kainkarya Sabha is celebrating the

third Samvathsaram of Renovation and Samrpokshanam of Sri Rajagopalaswamy

Temple at Poundarigapuram. The village is situated near Thiruvinnagar, the

Vasasthalam of Oppilla Appan. (Uppiliappan Koil)

The kainkarya sabha has built quarters for the bhattachar near the temple.

Every month Thirumanjanam is performed to Moolavar on the star day of the

Deity. (Rohini). In addition Purappadu takes place on five days in a year.

The nitya aradhanai kattali scheme has been created and functioning to help

carry out Nithya Aradhanai at the temple. All are requested to participate

and receive the Blessings of the Lord. The residents of the village are

taking part in a big way in all the uthsavams. They are at present

celebrating Navarathri Uthsavam.

All are requested to join the Nithya Aradhanai Scheme. By paying Rs500/-,

Aradhanai and Archanai will be performed on the indicated day by you in the

English calendar. The money can be sent in the name of POUNDARIGAPURAM SRI
