Since Rangathar reclains on AdhisEshan between ‘Thenneer Ponni’, that kaimkaryam was not appropriate for Him. Hence Thirukkachi Nambigal went to Thirumalai. Atleast, Srirangam is a land area, but ThiruVenkatadam is a hill, and is well known as ‘Kuliraruvi Venkadam’. Hence this kaimkaryam was not suited for Him too. After approaching koil and Thirumalai, Thirukkachi Nambigal finally reached Perumal Koil. Perarulalan in Kanchi accepted this visiri kaimkaryam. He was the One who came out of Agni Kundam. Hence this kaimkaryam was very much appropriate for Him. Thirukkachi Nambigal was performing ThiruvAlavatta kamiaryam to Perarulalan everyday. Like how a flower opens its petals with the sunlight, and the darkness gets completely eliminated with sunlight, with the birth of Ramanujar, the complete darkness in our souls are wiped out. Ramanujar is the sun for all our souls, who are caught in the cycle of samsara. ('irul tharum jnyalam') With the sankalpam of Perum Devi ThAyAr and Perarulalan, Swami Ramanujar was performing Thirtha Kaimkaryam to them. Divya Dampathis treated Ramanujar as their fond child. Ramanujar had a great respect for Thirkkachi Nambigal. Due to the varnAshrama dharmam, Thiruukkachi Nambigal was not ready to be in AchAryan status to Ramanujar. What did Ramanujar want from Thirukkachi Nambigal? What did Thirukkachi Nambigal, a MahAn born in lower caste of society (according to varnAshramam) do to VaithikOthamar? We will see in detail about, ‘ThyAga mandapathil Alavattamum kaiyumAna antharangarai vaithikOthamar anuvartita kramam’ in next few postings. aDiyEn, ramanan Check out the new Front Page. www.
