The Varshika Aradhana of the HH 40th Srimat Azhagiyasingar, Sri Lakshminrusimha Divya Padukasevaka Srivan Sathakopa Sri Ranganatha Sathakopa Mahadesikan (Karukuruchi periya Azhagiyasingar)This aradhanam is being performed by a very well blessed family (under cc) at Panruti for four generations and it is called "Panruti Aradhanam". This year the Aradhanam falls on Sun 6th Feb 2005 (Thai Dwadasi). It is the Holy order of prakrutam Srimat Azhagiyasingar to perform this now at our Pathasala at Maduranthakam. Accordingly it is a two day function starting 5th Feb 2005. While giving the direction, HH Prakrutam Azhagiyasingar recalled the days when 40th HH whiled was staying at MDM, used to go to Eri at 3.30 AM with a loud call "Lakshminarasimha". This used to be the wake-up call for the entire Agraharam. While on His return, everyone in the Agaraham would have decorated the house-front with kolam and would pay the obeisance. Prakrutam HH was recalling such instances. The hosts also came up with an idea to decor the prayer hall with a life-size photo of 40th HH along with the existing ones. We have also utilized the opportunity to open the life-size photo of 45th Prakrutam HH. An invitation to this effect is attached with this mail with a request to give it a wide publicity.
