Guest guest
karambanUr uthaman Sri kAnchi swAmi's analytical genius is well known. Sri peirya vAchAn piLLai's vyAkyAnam for the above terms/divya-dhEsam is as follows: "vazhik karaiyilEA thiruvAsalilEA oru kadhavidAdhEa vandhu kidandhavanai" -- the Lord who settled on the way, without doors. Here the arum-padha vurai mentions that the doors are not closed as the devotees go in and out constantly and therefore the doors were not being closed. However, kAnchi swAmi mentions that, actually there were no doors in that temple - I do not know the present position. This also highlights the saulabyam of em-perumAn and hence uthaman. "..kuRun kuDi emperumAnai, karambanUr uthamanai" 5-6-2; dAsan vanamamalaia padmanabhan
