Guest guest
Sri: Srimathe Ramanujaya Nama: One time Bhattar went to a place called Sridevimangalam with his disciples. There, some disciples of Nanjeeyar received them and provided them with food and hospitality. As Bhattar had covered his head with a cloth, they had not recognized him. Pleased by their service, Bhattar said "They are doing this even without realizing who we are. Therefore, this hospitality is not due to our greatness. The devotion that they have toward our disciple Nanjeeyar has carried over all the way to us." That is, any greatness for a Srivaishnava, happens due to their association with the Lord's devotees.
