Guest guest
My dear Sri Ranagaswamy : Thanks very much for your brilliant and spontanous response to the coverage of the 9th Paasuram of Thirumangai . I am happy to share your observations with the list . There are many praMANams to AzhwAr's anubhavam from VedAs and Upanishads to establish our tradition as Ubhaya VedAntham . The additional aspect is the last of the AzhwArs," Kadai Kutti " Kaliyan derived so much spiritual support from the dhivya Prabhandhams of the AzhwArs who preceded him that one hears often the echos of their Prabhandham passages in Kaliyan's Prabhandhams . Reference to Swamy NammAzhwAr's paasurams is partcularly frequent and captivating . I will write about them in the future . With best wishes , V.Sadagopan - "muralidhar rangaswamy" <rangaswamy_m <sgopan Saturday, June 18, 2005 7:31 AM RE: Thiru SiRu Puliyoor Pasurams of Kaliyan:PartIX( Periya Thirumozhi Paasuram 7.9.9 & 10 ) > Sri: > > SrimatE Gopaladesika MahadesikAya Namaha, > > Dear Sriman Sadagopan Swamin, > > Thanks a lot for sharing these beautiful verses of Tirumangai Azhwar in > praise of the Lord of Siru Puliyoor.
