contribution)

Emberumanar established a few Mutts for Temple management

and maintenance of daily services for the Lord at the following

temples:

=>Thirumalai Thirupathi Periya Jeeyar Mutt.

=> Srirangam Kovil Jeeyar Mutt.

=> Melkote

Thirumala Thirupathi Chinna Jeeyar matam is not totaly independent from

Thirupathi

Pedda (Periya) Jeeyar matam.

Chinna Jeeyar matam, established by ManavalaMamunikal is known as

varavaramuni

Pitam while Pedda Jeeyar matam is known as Ramanuja Pitam.

Chinna Jeeyar becomes Pedda Jeeyar when the Pedda Jeeyar departs for

Mokhsam.

Other Mutts:

I am not sure if the Kanchee Jeeyar Mutt and Azhvar Thirunagari Mutt were

established

by emberumanar as well, It would be nice to add the Temple Mutts that

were setup

by Emberumanar as well. I request learned members to seek

this info on

Mutts setup by Emberumanar and post them to this list.
