Dear Sadakopan swamy,

please make note that, the Srirangam Jeeyar matam,

Thirumalai Periya&chinna Jeeyar matams, Thirukurungudi

Jeeyar matam, Sriperumbhoothoor Jeeyar matam,

yadhugiri(Melkote) Yathiraja Jeeyar Matam, Kanchi

Vaadhi KEsari Jeeyar Matam, were all established by

Swamy Udayavar (Emperumanaar) and not by Swami

Manavaalamamunigal. Swamy Udayavar had installed

almost one matam per dhivya desam for taking care of

dhivyadesam. And as many as 12000 Jeeyars were present

when swamy was about to go to thirunadu(paramapadam).

However many of those were destroyed by external

sources say mughal emperors or sultans or by the

nizams.Swami Manavaala manunigal himself reestablished

many of them, which were destroyed by external

sources. There is swami Manavaala mamunigal sannidhi

in Srivilliputtur and that is headed by a Jeeyar,

named Satakopa Ramanuja Jeeyar, and those Jeeyars

niyamanams are Done by Shri Paramahansyetyathi

Vanamamalai Jeeyar Swamigal.

Adiyen has not heard/read of anything like Shri

U.Ve.Paramahanseyathi Adivan Satakopa Jeeyar Swamy

initiated Swamy Manavaalamamunigal into

sanyasaramam.The yetheendra pravana prabhavam which

sketches the life history of Swamy Manavaalamamunigal

does not have a reference to it. Please do provide a

reference to the forum if there is.

Dasan,

Narashiman.
