The convergence of vibhavam and arcahi at thirunaRaiyUr

The vibhavam-s

emperumAn went to mAvali with a begging bowl in the form of a

beautiful brahmachAri. He rescued the world in theform of matsaym.

He pierced hiranyan in the form of narasimhA. He churned the ocean

for the sake of dhEvAs.He killed rAvANA with a divine arrow. He

created the whole world from His naval. He was born as yAsOdhAs son

and played pranks. He swallowed the kANDAVanam forest in the form of

fire. He installed the kaRpkam tree as desired by His divine

consort. He charioted arjunA's thEAr and led the bhArthA war.

He is the Lord who adorns the sparkling sudharsanAzhwAn.

The archai-s

The emperumAn who had performed the aforementioned deeds is residing

in the divya-dEsams for the sake of us.

He is in the sweet rainy thiruvEaNkaTam.He is in the thiruvAli.He is

in thirunAvAi.He is in the natural surroundings of thiru-nEr-malai.He

is sitting in thirumeyyam. He is reclining in thirukkuDanthai for our

sake.

The vibhavam-s occurred a long long time ago. The archai-s are spread

across several places. The Lord who is the prime mover of the

vibhavam-s and who is adorning the divya-dEsam-s can be worhsipped in

thirunaRaiyUr.

This is what thirumangai mannan says when he mentions that he has

worshipped the Lord of thirunaRaiyUr who has performed the above

deeds and also is in various divya-dESam-s. This is periya thirumzohi
