Overwhelmed, Sri rAmAnujA asked him " Could you not have sent somebody else, who is smaller --'siRiyAr yAraiyEanum anuppiyirukkalAmEA?" Sri Periya Thirumalai Nambi and Senior AchAryA replied " Yes, I tried to find out somebody somebody smaller than me in ThirumAlA. Not able to find out anybody so, I myself decided to come to meet you" Sri RamAnujA's question reflects the reverece and affection towards his AchAryAn.
