Having explained in detail the happiness Thirumangai AzhwAr has

received from the Lord of ThriuNaRaiyUr-kaN iNaigaL kaLippak kaLikkap

peRREAnEa- one may wonder, what else does AzhwAr need.

 

As is well known, the devotion towards the devotees is the ultimate in

our sampradhAyam and perhaps that is why after 'The ThriunaRaiyUr

saga' Sri Kaliyan naturallly thinks of the dhAdhEya shEshathvam.

 

Sri PiLLai LokAchAryAr while elucidating on this point refers two

thiru-voi-mozhi-s, two thirumzohi-s, one from perumAL thirumozhi and

final few pAsuram-s from thirumAlai.

 

"ivvartham idhihAsa purANangaLilum, payilum sudar

oLi-nedumARkadimayilum, kaN-sOra venkurudhiyilum, nannAdha

vAL-avuNarilum, thEAttarunthiRal thEanilum, mEamporuLukku mEalil

pATTukkaLilum visathamAgak kANalAm" SrE-vachana bhUshaNam 226;

 

 

AzhwAr's can be seen observing by practice bhAgavatha shEshathvam, in detial in :

 

payilum suDar oLi--- Thriu-voi-Mozhi 3-7;

nedumARkadimai-- Thiru-voi-MOzhi 8-10;

kaN-sOra venkurudhi --Periya Thirumzohi -7-4;

naNNAdha vAL avunar-Periya Thriumzohi 2-6;

TheATTarum thiRAl thEan--PerumAL thirumozhi 2

ThirumAlai final few pAsuram-s.

 

It is significant to observe that 'kaN sOra' venkurudhi is exclusively

dedicated to devtoion to the devotees of the Lord of ThiruchERai.

Thus this thirumozhi is categorised in the elite class of bhAgavatha

shEsathvam and will it not be apt to explain it from sRevaishNavites

who are practising so?
