The seventieth chUrnikai of mumUkshuppadi again has got reference to another of

his work.

'dhEhathikil vyAvruthi thatvasEkarathil sonnOam'

 

While descirbing the makArArtham of Thirumandhiram-The Athma is being described.

At this juncture swAmy PiLLai ulagAsiriyar mentions that knowledge is the nature

of soul and is different from that of the physical body.

 

Here, this fact being described in detail in thatva-sEkaram is mentioned as

 

'dhEhathil vyAvruthi thatva-sEkarathil sonnOam'

 

The detailed nature of AthmA has been determined in the second jEva-swarUpa

nirNay praharaNam in thathva sEkaram.

 

The summary in this regard in thathva-Sekaram is as follows:

 

Aga, ippadi AthmAkkaL-dhEhEindhriyamana: prANathEkkaLil vilakshaNarAi,

svayamprakAsarAi, Anandha rUparAi, gnAnAndhangaLukku AsrayabhUdharAi, aNukkaLai,

pari-suthrarAi, bhagavath shEsha bhUtharAi iruppArgaL.

 

Therefore, AthmA-s, who are exclusive of physiques are luminious , seat of

knowledge and happiness, atomic and are subservient to EmperumAn.
