Guest guest
adiyen, visited six divya desams recently. On 12th early morning around 2.00AM adiyen reached Kumbakonam from Chennai. Then adiyen took shelter and ready for the visit. Around 6.30AM adiyen was ready and moved to bus stand. Adiyen catched bus to ThiruAadhanur (now Aadhanur) via., Swamimalai. When adiyen landed Aadhanur, adiyen could able to experience our Emperumans' presence in that Sthalam. The sthalam was so beautiful with pond water, paddy fields, koel sounds and birds welcoming every devotee there. Adiyen entered the temple which is under Ahobilam Mutt. Adiyen first liked to visit Thayar and have seva of HER to get the blessings. Renganayaki Thayar is sitting inside the sanctum welcoming adiyen with gracious smile in HER lips and adiyen's inner heart felt very much by looking HER without wearing any Kreetam, Hastham, Maalai, Kundalam.,etc., The moolavar Thayar was only weared with dress. The condition of Moolavar Thayar which is contradiction with what we would say: SHE is Lakshmi and She is responsible for all the wealth and more and more...................... Only the Utsavar is wearing Silver Kreetam. When adiyen enquired to Bhattar, he told, there's no Kavachams for Moolavar thayar. Adiyen with HER grace decided to the Kreetam for thayar. Indeed this Kshetram (Aathanur) is treated as AthiRangam. Then adiyen had darshan of Aandu Alakkum Ayyan (moolavar) Perumal. This is the place, where Kamadhenu (thats why, the place received the name of Adhanur- Aa means Cow) Thirumangai alwar, the Perumal is prathyaksham. Perumal as Aacharya, did Panchasamskaram to Aadishesha here. So one could see, Changu, Chakkaram symbol on the Aadishesha where Perumal is lying on. Bhattar will show this during the darshan. At the feet, one could see, Kama dhenu, Thirumangai alwar. ONLY in this sthalam, Thirumangai alwar is seen inside the Sanctum. NOWHERE alwars are present inside the karbagraham. Utsavar is very cute and the speciality of Utsavar is HIS smile. HE is smiling the most and looking more beautiful even in simple dress (Ofcourse, there is no many jewels to wear). Still HIS smile stands in front of me, when adiyen typing this mail. Eventhough this sthalam is 3/4km before Pullamboothamkudi, this sthalam is receiving very less devotees. But I request all the Bhagavathas to visit this sthal atleast once and have HIS&HER kripa. The sthal puranam is, here the perumal with Padi(Marakkal) he is measuring the good and bad (Paavam, Punniyam) of all living beings and making note of it. So, you can see Marakkal placed along side of moolavar right hand. And to note down, Moolavar perumal is having Ezhuthu kol in HIS hand, Ozhai Chuvadi near it. If you request, Bhattar will show these using kaivilakku. Bhattar explains that, he is taking rest on the Adishesha and writing measuring humans' good and bad doing using marakkal. Thats wehy HIS name is Aandu Alakkum Ayyan. Every one should visit this sthal and get blessings from Ranganayaki sametha Aandalakkum Ayyan. In next mail we will see, the next Kshetram to which adiyen visited :::: PullamBoothamkudi Sri ramanujaya namaha: Sri Ranganayaki sametha Ranganathaya namaha: adiyen, senthil.b
