A Day before thUpul Desikan manglAsAsanam - Garuda SEvai, MangalAsAsanam Part-II

Dear Bhagavathas,

 

We will now rewind the Desikan Mangalasasanam on His birthday,

(12th Oct '05)Purattasi Mahotsavam at ThUpul Vilakkoli Perumal,

Kanchi.

 

Adiyen went to ThUpul on 11th OCt 05 itself. Morning, Desikan

had Thirumanjanam. When he was taking Thirumanjanam, one could see

the joyness in His face. As he was going for MangalasAsanam on the

next day to Perumdevi Thayar sametha DevarajaPerumal he was more

joyous.

 

Then after Thirumanjanam, desika sthotram,thiruvaimozhi,prabantham,

koshti viniyogam, etc.,

 

Adiyen went to Devaraja Perumal after Desikan Thirumanjanam.

In the evening, as it was Navaratri festival, Thayar Perundevi

and PEraruLAlan was wearing with garlands and jewels, was

brought in Pallakku as procession. Seva of Divya Thampathis on

the auspicious day of Navaratri was great boon to adiyen.

Adiyen along with all the bHagavAthas enjoyed the anubHavam

of Divya Thampathis seva together during Navaratri.

 

The way that the Divya Thampathi are brought as procession by

ShreePatham Thangigal was great and everyone gathered were

watching THEM (Perunthevi thAyar sametha Varathan) without

flicking the eyelids................

 

The procession could not be explained by words as should be

experinced by everyone.

 

When DIvya THampathis came to the ground near 100Pillar Mandapam

they were taken to Unjal Seva. Divya Thampathis on Unjal Seva

was great pleasure to my eyes and Athma. Still, it's an immemorable

moment that adiyen could remember the beauty of PErarulalan

with THayar enjoying on Unjal along with Bhabavathas. HE was then

given the upacharAms, nivethanam, karpoora Arthi, etc.,

 

Before Divya Thampathi enter into the 100 Pillar Mandapam for Unjal

seva, Our Beloved Desikan from ThUpul came on Simha vAhanam for

enjoying this event. ALong with bhakthas, Desikan will wait outside

the temple rAjagopuram to witnesss the Divya Thampathi seva during

this Navaratri. This is indeed great oppurtunity, that one can

have Divya Thampathi seva along with Aacharyan also...........

 

When Divya Thampathis left for Unjal seva, Desikan will also move

to ThUpul for the next day AvathAra mahOtsavam.

 

We will see the AvathAra mahOtsavam of ThUpul Desikan in next part.
