Dates of Adhdhyayana Uthsavam and Vaikunta Ekadasi at SRT, Pomona

Dear Sri RanganAtha BhakthAs :

 

There will be the grand celebration of the 7th Adhyayana Uthsavam

starting from 24th December , 2005 at Sri RanganAtha Temple,

Pomona , NY ( http://www.Ranganatha.org) .

 

On Saturday , Dec 24 there will be the procession of all the twelve AzhwArs,

5 Acharyaas and Sri Ranganatha on the morning after thirumanjanam

to all of them. This is the tradition we are following.

 

Please help us by coming on saturday early morning to do purappadu.

We need to simulataneously mount in thOlukku iniyan one of them while

the other one will be unmounted sametime and occupy the satge.

This way we complete these 18 purappaadu in a time of 1 hour.

 

Then AzhwArs and AchAryans ( Bhagavath RaamAnuja , Swamy Desikan ,

Adhi VaNN SaThakOpan , Mukur Azhagiya Singar , Prakrutham Azhagiya

Singar) will all be seated in front of Lord RanganAtha and join Him in in

listening to Tamizh Veda ViNNappam.

 

All the 4000 Paasurams will be recited during the next few days concluding

with Swamy NammAzhwAr SaraNAgathy on Dec 31 . Please look for details

on the Temple web site .

 

Please support this Kaimkaryam by sponsoring individual days or Anna dhAnam

or AarAdhanam or TuLasi , Pushpa Kaimakryam . There will be special

PrasAdhams

every day and also VeeNai EkAntham as well as NaadhOpachAram during

SayanOthsavam every night .
