1: To remove existing brick jelly, Lime Concrete from the roof by giving

temporary

supports underneath the roof and to relay with new brick jelly, lime

concrete laid to slope

two rows of brick tiles, laid in cement mortar 1: 4 mix with water proofing

compound.

 

Area: 13000 Sq Ft. Cost: Rs 100/ Sq Ft. Total required: Rs 13,00,000

2: To remove the existing plaster and to remove the stones one by one and

to rebuild with

exsiting stone and new cement mortar all around the compound wall

3: RajaGopuram: Repair of carvings and polishing and repainting
